Solid Fold 2.0 is a redesigned, re-engineered version of our most popular cover, the Solid Fold.
Now made with TPO dent resistant panels, it's cooler to the touch on hot days, and integrated snap on seals make it the most weather resistant folding cover on the market, sure to withstand the harshest of weather conditions. The new textured matte finish and powder-coated frame and hinges give the 2.0 an OEM look and a soft feel. All of the versatile elements of the original Solid Fold remain - it comes fully assembled out of the box, installs in seconds and folds using its three panels and aluminum hinges.
Materials & Construction: Made of aircraft-grade aluminum with a honeycomb core and a water-tight channel hinge system. The entire Extang Solid Fold tonneau cover weighs just 50 lbs. and will withstand all climate conditions since it's made from a solid aluminum alloy.
Look & Feel: Black textured powder coated aluminum is UV resistant and will not fade. Gives your truck a classy look with the all black design and sits right on top of your truck bed rails for easy folding
Ease of Operation:
- Spring clamps allow you to fasten and release the tonneau cover with the slide of your hand.
- Easily clamp the tonneau cover down by sliding the latch underneath the bed rail for a secure fit.
- The clamps store right into the rail when the tonneau cover is folded up and they're not in use.
- Tonneau cover folds easily into thirds at the hinges and sits against the back of your cab with rubber bumpers protecting the cab of your truck.
Waterproof? The Extang Solid Fold tonneau cover Unique hinges feature a channel system to keep water out and are consistent with the rest of the tonneau cover, made from the same durable aluminum alloy. Hinges are guaranteed not to wear out or crack due to folding and unfolding the tonneau cover.
