Because the elements get so hot, this unit can even cook raw meats, while the top is adjustable, so it can be lowered for cooking foods quickly and raised for lightly finishing products.
Large quantities of food can cook on the long rack at one time, and when only some of the rack is filled, employees can switch on partial sections to save energy. As food cooks, grease runs off the food and falls into the drip tray. At the end of the day, employees can remove the drip tray and empty the collected waste.
