We are currently seeking a successful Human Resources professional for the position of Human Resources Coordinator, supporting our Ontario & Atlantic Regions. Reporting directly to the regional HR Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources Department. You will also have a dotted line reporting to our Senior Advisor, Staffing and Workforce Planning for all recruitment practices and programs. This position will be located out of our NAPA Auto Parts Regional Offices in Cambridge, Ontario. As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing quality and efficient support to all Managers in your assigned Regions re: staffing, application of UAP HR policies/ procedures/programs, and the adoption of best practices in HR management. More specifically, you will provide support with recruitment; coaching and advice to on performance issues and employee relations. You will support the HR Business Partner with the deployment of Corporate HR programs in your Regions; coordinate/deliver Corporate HR training programs; act as contact person to Managers and Employees re: all HR services and activities. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting and sourcing of candidates/talent attraction and retention; Employee Relations; Training & Development; Performance Management; and Health & Safety projects and activities. Deployment of HR programs including On-boarding & Orientation. You have a Human Resources Bachelor degree or Human Resources Management Certificate, with three yearsâ of hands-on experience in recruitment and minimum of two yearsâ in a generalist role. You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications. Working experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as CV Manager would be an asset. Ideally, you have solid experience with various Social Media channels, especially for sourcing/recruitment purposes.
