Job Description 1) Business Development:
- You will need to be a proactive hunter with the ability to develop a plan of action to go after business opportunities in the marketplace.
- You will need to deliver on sales targets by introducing new clients to Drake International through networking and leveraging your sales ability on the phone and in person.
2) Recruitment:
- Through sourcing, networking and various recruitment and social media forums you will need to identify top talent.
- You will be involved in pre-qualifying and interviewing candidates based on specific criteria.
- You will be involved in coordinating background checks for prospective candidates.
3) Client Relations & Account Management:
- You will need to facilitate a growing relationship with our client base through pro-active communication of deliverables and brilliance in Customer Service.
4) Project Management:
- Your high level of attention to details means you will deliver key metrics and be responsible for the administration of all candidate/client files
5) HR Needs Analysis:
While presenting staffing solutions to our clientele, you will also complete an HR needs analysis and present the client with the opportunity to speak to one of our HR Specialists for a tailored HR Solutions product.
Responsibilities The job will include:

. Prospecting, cold-calling, warm calling and consistent sales follow up to develop new accounts and manage existing accounts.
. Receiving, processing and managing a high volume of detailed orders while providing excellent customer service to a diverse client and candidate base
. Exploring staffing opportunities, calculating price quotes, and following up with inquiries
. Taking detailed job descriptions and designing and placing enticing recruitment ads specific to client needs
. Performing candidate resume screening, telephone interviews and face to face interviews as well as administering computer based skills assessments and conducting background and reference checks
. Making hiring and placement decisions for best qualified personnel
. High volume of office administration
. Providing tailored HR advice to our clientele to help improve their productivity and profitability (or directing them to our dedicated team of HR experts to assist).
Requirements You must come with the most positive attitude imaginable and the energy to make things happen in this fast paced environment.

You do not need to be from the Talent Management field but that would be a benefit. If you have business to business experience, that will be a plus. Also, if you've led a team in the past, that will be another asset. Experience is great, but at the end of the day we are interested in a stellar personality in someone that has the drive to succeed in whatever they do!

The successful candidate will have:

. A clear criminal record
. Average to excellent credit rating (due to the access you are given to our payroll and invoicing system)
. Your own transportation
. Above average communication, telephone skills and business etiquette
. Experience and/or exposure to recruitment and selection will be considered an asset

Compensation 41k - 50k
Compensation and Benefits Details Drake International offers a competitive base salary with an achievable quarterly bonus package. Your earnings will depend on your productivity with the likely possibility of making 6 digits a year if you really try! We also offer full comprehensive benefits after completion of your 3 month probationary period and company pension plan after 1 year of service.
