Waterpark Information Centre Attendants are responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests vising the Waterpark.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Acting as a communications relay between aquatics staff, management, cleaning staff and maintenance staff.
•Selling admissions to people required to use the Special Needs Access door. (i.e. disabled people or people with strollers)
•Providing information to guests regarding the various attractions within the Waterpark.
•Renting out private cabanas.
•Addressing guest concerns and answer guest inquires.
•Keeping office area clean and well stocked.
•Helping with lost children.
•Other responsibilities as required.

Desired Qualifications:
•Must have exceptional multitasking and organizational ability.
•Must have excellent communication skills including excellent reading, writing and speaking skills.
•Should have superior problem solving skills and be able to react calmly and proactively in stressful situtations and emergencies.
•Previous experience working as a cashier or receptionist.
•Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Terms of Employment:
•This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability Monday through Sunday.
•This position has a starting wage of $13.50 an hour.
•Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.

Our Information Technology department is responsible for the up to date expansion of technology used in West Edmonton Mall. Whether it is helping its employees with their workstations, to designing and implementing interactive mall maps and search engines, to real time social media communication with our guests, our IT department is hard at work 24/7 to ensure we are always connected.

Our Leasing department is responsible for bringing in new and trendy tenants and maintaining positive, long-lasting relationships with them. West Edmonton Mall is proud to offer an abundance of services to our guests and is always searching for new ways to keep our guests happy and coming back.
