To-do List, immediate needs: 1)Find employment lawyer. 2)Pay a videography place to set up video testimonial. 3 appointments. 3)Submit vid to employment lawyer, union rep, and union attorney, and arbitration judge.

4)Brace for impact on all the rejection I get. I write songs and I write movie scripts. Entertainment industry. Like a realtor, ‘be the buffer’: answer my phone, open my emails, open my lettermail, attend these business meetings with me, so I’m not ‘a single girl at a car shop.’ I have been pushed around my entire life, so you need to push people back. Get angry so that I don’t. I will be breaking stuff at every one of my concerts (for the pop ones, I might do it back stage). Internally you have no idea the level of dissatisfaction I have. I am so angry, I can’t sleep at night. Injustice, after injustice, after injustice---accumulation of injustices that have happened to me in my life and partly because 80% of coworkers under-perform in their job expectations. When you don’t do your job properly, you hurt people. I need this bodyguard NOW. I need a personal manager that has a strong sense of DUTY.

5)Decision Making. Mode of delivery: my content is sometimes best for a Movie, or best for a book—those two are different purposes—if you don’t understand that difference I’m almost scared to work with you—lack of intellegence gets people killed(ie. “you hire an idiot to do the job, they’re gonna do it backwards.” My manager cannot be an idiot, he has to be at my level). My content is sometimes best for ‘stand up’, or best for a song. If I’m selling a value via Movie Merch or selling a value in a commercial(for my next movie), or my content is best for a video that I post on Rumble/YouTube if it’s more low key, these “if’s” will constantly be discussed between me and my personal manager. It’s not just content, it’s mode of delivery. My personal manager is over encompassing, not just music side and movie side, but overarching. Curating my image for a greater purpose.

My manager needs to do priority management. My manager needs to provide censorship. My manager needs to be able to lie as a form of protection. My manager needs to protect me. My manager, locations manager, and director, need to do an arranged marriage, like those gypsies in India, Astrology, Historical roles of parents. Gravity vs healthy. My manager needs to do formal introductions. My manager needs to provide access, approachable, book appointments, and attend these appointments with me, do the talking. I do talk sometimes too.
