The recruiter is responsible for proactively sourcing and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated exceptional results and ability to recruit top-tier candidates in the past.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success! To meet our client’s aggressive growth targets this person will need to leverage forward thinking recruiting strategies including: in-person, online, and social media based recruitment efforts.
Minimum 1-2 years recruitment experience
Must be professional with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have good time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Organized with the ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
Excellent MS office skills
