To perform quality analysis, testing, and monitoring various systems for detection and correction of errors/operating deficiencies. Be responsible for standardization and continuous improvement through investigation and root -cause analysis . Provide training when deemed necessary. Document the case, implement and write procedures and methodologies to optimize efficiencies. Understand, validate and/or change quality control methods and points. Inspection of product after mold change (regular and/or new mold) and set up. Inspection of weight after new mold change and set up.Filing and creating tickets and labels. Investigate returns and complaints from customers, and finishing departments. Inspection of operator security and work area. Other duties, not limited to the above.
Educational level : Collegial (Attestation), Plastics
Years of experience : 2 years experience
Description of qualifications : Understand and have working knowledge of mold injection and plastics in manufacturing environment. Very good writing skills In both languages. Possess strong problem solving and follow up skills. Proficient in computers.
