Coordinating and/or assisting with preparation & delivery of marketing materials and presentations (feature sheets, just list/solds, pre-listing packages, etc.
Maintain client database
Managing emails, social media,
Front desk duties at our office within Coventry Subdivision Opening & closing of office
Organization of files & paperwork
Scheduling appointments


Ability to work as a TEAM or independently
Outstanding communication skills (written & spoken)
Strong time management skills
Attention to detailData entry experience
Experience in marketing an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft; Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point
Social Media skills; Twitter, Facebook, Etc.
Drivers License and vehicle an asset
Office experience an asset
Willing to learn new programs associated with Real Estate business
