We are looking for one or two new Contracted Event Planners to join our team.
• Minimum 6 Months-1 Year Event Planning experience (can be a variety of types of events from Corporate to Bridal)
And/Or Completion of Event Planning Program
• Minimum 2-3 Years in Sales Background
• Minimum 2-3 Years in Customer Service Role
• Medium Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Social Media; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc.
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Willing to solicit new business through guidance and pre set up contacts as well as networking functions and events plus distribution of material
Job Requirements and Wage:
We are looking for someone who can build new clients, work with existing clients, and execute events Corporate, Personal and Bridal. Job will be a mix of office hours ($12.20/hr) as well as Commission based Marketing Hours. Bonus and Commission will be paid on booked events and completion of existing events.
When do you start:
We are looking to fill this position January 4th, 2017 and will go until December 2017. All interviews and decisions on who will fill the positions will be done before December 9th, 2016
