CRYO-MAXX, Cryogenic Treatment increases the Durability, Wearability and Dimensional Integrity of Metal/Steel.
CRYO-MAXX Cryogenic Treatment utilizes controlled thermal cycling with Deep Cryogenic temperatures (-300 F) cooling the treated product into a Deep Cryogenic state for a controlled period of time (typically 36-40 hours) resulting in significant improvement of the product's Durability & Wear characteristics.
This Process is often referred to as an extension of the heat treatment process.
Our “One Time” process increases the wear resistance, durability and provides permanent stress relief throughout. By better aligning the internal grain structure throughout the material, results in a more uniform, stronger and more durable performing product.
Our Process completely eliminates all residual stresses caused by previous Heat Treatment, Manufacturing or Machining stages, thus greatly enhancing performance and durability properties.
Q: WHAT CAN CRYO-MAXX CRYO-TREATMENT DO FOR YOU, YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR METAL/STEEL COMPONENTS?
A: THE CRYO-MAXX CRYOGENIC “CONTROLLED THERMAL CYCLING” PROCESS CAN INCREASE DURABILITY, WEARABILITY AND OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF METAL PRODUCTS YOU CURRENTLY USE AND/OR DISTRIBUTE, SEPARATING YOU FROM YOUR COMPETITION.
