Our government client is currently seeking a resource as Records Management Clerk with the following requirements:


LANGUAGE – Bilingual (Intermediate)

SECURITY – Enhanced


Duties/Tasks:

Review information records of business value (contract, project files, etc.) and enter information on an Excel spreadsheet for the maintenance of an inventory.
Preparation of files for disposition or storage.
Use electronic support systems including Microsoft Office 2013
Lift, carry, move files / boxes weighing minimum of 20 pounds


MANDATORY CRITERIA (resource must have the following)

Education:
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required

Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing records management services is required
