We can process your deer into any of the following delicious products:
• Backstrap (Whole or Steaks)
• Cutlets (Cubed Steak)
• Ground Meat/Burger
Processing fee: $100.00/deer
• Your deer will be hung and cooled in our walk in cooler before processing.
• The processing fee includes: Hanging, skinning, cutting, grinding, removing any damaged or bruised meat, wrapping and stamping packages of meat.
We work fast. Our turnaround time for processing your deer is quick, so your meat stays fresh without compromise in cut quality.
Providing our customers with the highest quality cuts is our number one focus. Therefore it is imperative to properly field dress your deer! We reserve the right to refuse deer that have not been adequately field dressed, are excessively dirty, or meat that has gone bad.
DEER MUST BE BROUGHT IN WITH A VALID DEER SEAL!
