For Sale By Owner

Hi, This is my 9 foot wide by 12 foot long Shed/Workshop. This design would work great as a art studio or even a small music studio. One variation of it is to make it 8 x 12 and it would not even need a costly permit as long as you don't already have another shed. Clearly by the photo's it is not 100 complete but you get the idea of what it is all about. raised floor prevents mice and other critters from getting in it (Tongue and groove) and 4 foot walls with a steep 45 degree angle pitch make for a very alpine type look. I'm currently doing the exterior in cedar (fence boards) as pictured. The steep pitch has the added benefit of taking a very extreme snow load and also sheds both snow and water very well. Shingles last much longer on a steep pitch too. At my house I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm considering building it for the right person who is serious about having one with a start in late spring (april or may). As well there is a few exterior options as well. Please email me for more info and we can arrange for you to come view it in west Edmonton to see if you would be interested in something like this. One thing I can tell you is you wont find a shed package at home depot like this that's for sure.

Just so your aware the material is about $1300 but I would have to calculate more accuratly if someone is really interested. Labour would be about the same. This wood shop would be between $2600 and $3000 just to give you a general idea. I would build a proper quote and once put on paper you would not have to worry about the price fluctuating :)

Looking to get going on this for someone in the fall

***If you dont want the exterior cedar I can work out a better price with just OSB walls, then you can DO YOUR OWN exterior finishing of your choice at a later date.
