38 ft Park Model RV Trailer

I have for sale a Park Model Keystone. It has double slides. Front bedroom has a bunk bed on one side and a table with 2 benches on the other side that is currently folded down as a bed,, There is a hideabed in the living room. The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs. This is the fjirst slide. Propane stove with oven and a double sink. Lots of cupboards for storage. A built in entertainment center with speakers inside and outside and place for TV. There is an antennae on the roof. Central mounted AC unit that will keep you quite chilly and works excellent or flip the thermostat over for heat on those chilly nights. Bathroom has flush toilet and a standing shower with closet for all towels and linens. There is also an outside shower. There are water hookups and two holding tanks when needed. The back bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress. This is the second slide. Storage under the bed, it just lifts up. Lots of storage, built in dresser and closets.. This RV has lots of windows. There is ladder accessibility to get on roof when needed.. There are 2 boot outside lockers with key locks also. The RV is currently stored at Access Storage. I can supply bedding and pots and pans dishes and cutlery if needed.. Basically move in ready for lots of camping.. The table and chairs are just lying on their side for when we moved it to storage last fall. I will be cleaning as soon as warmer weather gets here. There are no stains on the carpet.
