2012 Jayco Jay Flight Bungalow Floorplan: 40 FKS

This park trailer is in almost new condition. When I bought it two years ago, the roof, underneath, etc was checked, resealed if needed to. The Jayco is a very high class trailer. Everything in this trailer is as it would be in your own home. The kitchen, which comes full size stove and fridge looks like it has never been touched. It also has a brand new never slept in queen mattress. It was set up 2 seasons ago in lot 124 of Jagger's Point campground; a large lot that is private and treed. Unfortunately, my health got to the point where I never even used it. It is all set up at the site and connected and ready to go, with two full propane tanks. Just bring your clothes! Here is a link to the park map showing where the trailer is; at site 124. It is not a narrow park model, it has three well placed slides, and is also an actual 4 season trailer with double pane windows and extra insulation as can be seen in the specs.

Brand new, with tax, this park model would have been close to $95,000 brand new, and as you can easily tell, it has has very little use but was taken care of. All the slide rubbers are pliable and have been looked after. Absolutely no leaks, and there has never been any.
