General Laborer / Cleaner

Job Description:Job Description Job Type: Entry Level Part Time with possibility of Full Time work (Based on Performance & Skills) Job Location: Greater Toronto Area DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Able to commute to various client project sitesOn-site removal and disposal of existing fluorescent / CFL lightingUnloading and preparation of materials deliveredInstallation of LED tubes and bulbs into existing lighting fixturesScheduling deliveries of materials from our warehouseScheduling of pick up and disposal of old materialsCleaning of jobsite during and after projects (removal of old lights and fixtures)Vacuuming, Dusting of project areasPerform other duties as assigned SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONSA valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean driving record preferred.Must be able to stand for long periods and climb up 10 ft. laddersNot fearful of heightsTime Management & Organizational skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project an asset. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS University Degree or College DiplomaOrganized and efficientComfortable speaking and communicating with clients on site Company Description T.G.L.
