New Puppy, basic obedience and Pre Agility classes

New classes starting. Taught by a experienced (16 years teaching groups of dog and owners), professional dog trainer Caroline Bird CPDT-KA Held at 1250 Latimore lake Road, Saint John.

PUPPY CLASSES. Thursday 22nd February at 6.30-7.30pm For pups aged from 3-5 months old. A set of 7 classes. First week is theory for puppy related information followed by 6 weeks of an introduction to basic commands and lots of very important playtime with other puppies of a similar age. Cost is $135.00 plus hst

BASIC OBEDIENCE CLASSES SUNDAY 14 APRIL , 4.45pm A set of 10 classes that will cover all basic obedience commands, then we add lots of supervised games so we can make sure that owners and their dogs are really understand what we have been teaching. cost is $175.00 plus hst.

TRICKS CLASS. date to be arranged A set of 5 classes, starting with beginner level tricks for dogs of any age. Learn to shape, capture and lure behaviors with your dog. cost is $115.00 plus hst

New PRE AGILITY starts in September 2024. A set of 8 classes that work on some basic obedience skills and agility handling skills that students would benefit from before moving onto the using the agility equipment. cost is $140.00 plus hst. NEXT NEW CLASS WILL START IN JANUARY 2024

The pre-agility classes start in September and January every year. If anyone wants to pre-register so that their details can be kept on file ready for the start of the next class then go to the website . www.abcdogtraining.org to register.

UPTOWN SAINT JOHN MANNERS CLASS. new date to be announced. Looking to build on more distracting areas in your dogs training, A combination of basic obedience refresher commands and then a chance to explore uptown Saint John where even more distractions await to keep your dog challenged with even more learning challenges.

..Level 2 obedience class. Thursday 25th April. Building on the skills learned in basic obedience we will be adding more proofing for the already learned skills, plus adding a few challenges. The classes are taught in a fun environment as we want dog training to be a positive experience for both owners and their dogs. A set of 6 classes, cost is $130.00 plus hst.

Boredom Buster Class. A very entertaining class for both owners and their dogs. Lots of fun ideas to keep your dog mentally and physically challenged . Many of the skills taught are foundation behaviors that can lead to even more entertainment for your dogs. A set of 7 classes. New date will be posted when available.
