WOOD BANDSAW SHARPENING SERVICE. Taking delivery of blades for sharpening now. Blades can either dropped off and picked up at my farm location north of Choiceland or: I travel to Melfort weekly( I may arrange for a pick up/ delivery location in Melfort), Prince Albert and Saskatoon and points in between occasionally and can meet for pick up and delivery(minimum 10 blades for pick up/delivery orders). Bandsawmill blades have become very expensive but if not damaged can be sharpened at least 5-6 times or more depending on condition. For those interested, if you contact me you can be put on a waiting/contact list.... or those dropping their blades off will be sharpened on a first come first serve priority basis and sharpened as expediantly as possible. If you are in need of having blades sharpened right away please contact me to get in priority sequence. please note: if blades are damaged or an attempt has been made to sharpen them using files, grinders or whatever method other than on equipment specifically designed to sharpen bandsaw blades and the teeth profiles have been damaged or altered they will not be sharpened....only blades in "good condition" and preferably "never sharpened before" will be considered for sharpening. Minimum order for sharpening is 5 blades (pick up or delivery ---10 blade minimum)because of set up for sharpening and setting considerations.
