Don't let Mother Nature stop you - stored indoors!
Overall excellent shape. A few small chipped gelcoat spots here and there but nothing serious anywhere.
The transom is solid.
Extremely stable and solid feel. Excellent ride. Deep and wide. Excellent solid ride when you cross your own wake - much better than aluminum. And not noisy and cold like aluminum. Has previously had at least a 20 hp on it, and I'm sure it would take a 30 easy. Moves really well and planes at just over 1/2 throttle with a 9.9hp 4 stroke. Fantastic split rear seating. I don't know why all boats aren't like this - no more crippled shoulder at the end of the day!
Purpose built as it is - this is not some bastardized runabout.
Length overall 13'10"
The trailer is actually a PWC trailer, with a longer tongue. Check for yourself - PWC trailers sell for $550 - $900 all day long. 12" tires carry the load of the boat well. The side markers are presently not working. Somebody has disconnected the wires at the far rear of the trailer - if you have the patience to fish them out and connect them, (I don't) the lights themselves are in good shape. All other lights work fine.
Spare tire included but is only good for emergencies.
Tires have full tread, but if you look really close are starting to get some ozone damage, but are not a worry at this point. Bearings seem fine - came from Kingston, and never got hot, never made any noise.
No ownership for trailer, but bill of sale will be provided for the MTO.
Compare this package to many listings on kijiji, and this is an absolute steal for what it is. It is infinitely superior to the aluminum boats (we have 2 so we know)
As a partial trade, we would consider a 4 stroke 9.9 Yamaha after 2007.
Possibly for sale as well with the boat is a 2007 Yamaha 9.9 with few hours. With tank and hose. Minimum price for it is $1800.
Now for what we find to be an unfortunate and sad necessity - the fine print:
With some of the people that seem to frequent kijiji, along with today's society's tendency to think the internet allows people to throw their manners out the window, it's unfortunately necessary to say the following:
1. Very happy to answer any questions you have. Until we get a "feel" for you, we can't provide our phone number. Living in the country, phone numbers lead straight to your address. We have already had to go to the police in the past due to a kijiji person. There is also a scam against rural sellers, where they find where you live, then steal the item.
2. Any lowball starting offer under $750 will receive no response.
3. If you see the ad, yes, it's still available.
In return, we reply very promptly between later morning and 1:00 am, and however polite you are, will be returned.
Delivery may be possible, for the right price (not at $750), and a nice buyer - within a reasonable distance of Winchester.
