This month's special: 3-pack of mics & clips - with a case - for only $175!! (see photo 4)
DM-1500

Most on-line suppliers are out of stock, but we have them - right here in Edmonton!

Just a few examples of our mics:

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Vocal mic:
DM-58
Looks exactly like the SM-58, but is made from modern technology, so it is crisper. Highs going to 16.5k (the SM-58 goes to 14k) and better mids, this is far cheaper at $80.
But yes, comparable to the Shure SM-58.

Vocal mic:
DM-1500
Originally made for a karaoke mic, it exceeded expectations, and is equivalent to the old "standard" SM-58. These come with an "on/off" switch, and go to 14k on the high end. Mids same as the Shure.
$60 ea, or a box of 3 for $170

Kick drum mic (and bass guitar cabinet):
Isk BDM-1
A cardioid pickup pattern with a special frequency response that's tailored to highlight bass frequencies. It is an *excellent* choice for professional use on kick drum -and- bass guitar cabinets (!!) - both in the studio and on stage. The heavy duty mic utilizes a cast zinc housing that is strong and durable, and works fantastically at rejecting external interference. With a powder coated steel mesh grille and a thin layer of wind foam on the inside. Comes with Mic, euro-thread adapter, and carry case.
This mic is comparable to the AKG D-112 or Audix D-6.

$100

Toms and snare:
Isk TDM-1
A fatter mic [see photo 3] - similar sound to a Shure SM-57, but brighter (more treble) and better SPL. When close-micing loud sources (guitar or drums), the "proximity effect" balances out the treble to create a *very* smooth frequency response with nice lows & highs. This mic *blows away* the SM-57. Comes in a nice carry case with drum mount, too!

$100

For the couple of write-ins of "these must be made in China.", look at photo 10. These are photos from a couple of *our* SHURE wireless units (!!!!)
(Yes, this has stopped the "hate e-mails". I also challenged several friends to look at their Shures and Line 6 wirelesses - so far, ALL report "Made in China". Sorry to burst everyone's bubble :-)
