**Responsibilities:**

5. Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
6. Maintain accurate records of all support activities using a ticketing system.
7. Collaborate with network engineers to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
8. Assist with the setup and configuration of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
9. Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
11. Provide training and support to end-users on technology-related topics.
12. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
2. Proven experience providing technical support in a desktop and network environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
4. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services.
5. Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
6. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles and protocols.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus.
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
