The ideal IQ candidate, is a Geek at heart, loves working with technology (hardware and software).
-Provide technical phone support, Hardware Support , On-Site Service
- Ability to work on basic and complex networking and Hardware issues.
- Team Player, Ability to Multi Task and perform under pressure.
- Communicate with customers and end users
- Point of Sale Systems Support (Ideal but not required)
- Drivers license required
- Drug and criminal background check required
- Proficient in English Organizational and task management skills
