I am looking for someone to turn my basement into somewhat of a finished space. There is flooring down already and a wall framed around the furnace. But as it stands there is wall panelling buckling and coming off and I am at my wits end with it.
Please come take a look and offer a quote. I am looking for the most reasonable and cheapest price because I do not own the unit.
Probably looking to spray the ceiling and cement wall with a paint sprayer (I do not have one). The wall has to be sprayed because the cement is very porous and uneven.
I would also like to Finish the other 3/4 walls in drywall. The frame is half up. But like I said it is covered in buckling wall panels. If you know a way to fix the wall panels so they look acceptable then by all means. I also need laminate flooring put on the basement stairs.
I own a brand new door but will have to buy laminate flooring for the stairs.
I would like someone to offer a quote which breaks down the labour and material costs. Let me know when you can come and take a look!!
The images below show various stages of the basement. As r stands the flooring is 85% finished and the frame is covered in buckling wall panels.
If it is a better option to just drywall the ceiling instead of spray it with paint, then let's do that .
