This indoor / Outdoor fabric material is a Multi Use fabric that can either be used as "Dim Out" fabric on your windows at home or the office workplace. It is mildew and mold repellant and resistant. And all weather compatible including high wind and severe weather proof.

It's other frequent use is on Deck Awning systems. Whether they are permanent placed/installed or Motorized Retractable Awning Fabric. Great for new retractable Awnings or to replace weathered old damaged retractable awning fabric.

The reason for selling is we decided to sell the home suddenly after getting a great offer and the deck awning fabric replacement plans never went forward. It was too much hassle and too costly a restocking fee to send it back as it came from Manitoba.
