Entry Door and Windows

Entry Door: Vinyl clad entry door and Jamb ( 2 X 6 ) with Decorative window insert - Drilled and ready for door knob and deadbolt. Nailing Fin has been removed. Door is 36 X 80 inches . Insert is 22 X 36 inches. Door is a right hand swing ( i.e. hinges on right side, door swings in !) Windows: Two (2) 30 X 30 fixed Vinyl clad windows ( 2 X 4 ) - sorry, no extensions - nailing fins have been removed Two (2) 24 X 60 sliding glass vinyl clad windows with screens ( 2 X 4 ) sorry, no extensions. Nailing fins removed One (1) 30 X 60 Sliding glass vinyl clad window with screen ( 2X 4)sorry, no extension. Nailing fin removed

There is nothing wrong with these windows and door ! Daughter upgraded to casement from sliders as a preference choice only. Trouble was just the homemade extensions I built that didn't stand up to the humidity in her house. Changing out the front door was a mystery - only needed a new door sweep. All units are approx 10 years old. but the nailing fins had to be removed as part of the new installs and brickwork that complicated their removal . Would be great for garage or cabin retrofits. The insert itself is worth over $ 500.00 - I know, I paid for it !
