We will be renting a room in our apartment starting May first. Heat electricity internet all included. Private room with own key , shared bathroom and kitchen,room has tv and a captain bed with storage also a mini fridge.
No pets aloud as we have 2 cats

We are a very clean couple and expect the same.
This room rental is on a month to month basis
We would need first month and damage deposit before moving in.
Your responsible for cleaning up after yourself as a tenant.
Rent is 900 payed on the first of every month no exceptions via e-transfer
