Large One bedroom basement room for rent with ensuite bathroom and direct entrance. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. I am preferably looking for one female student of working professional. NON SMOKER, quiet and drug free working individual who present herself in a respectful way. It is a quiet home, it is expected to stay that way. Wifi is included, laundry is included (allowed on one specific day) The place is very clean, nice and cozy. Including a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave/oven/air fryer all in one, toaster, coffee maker(if need it) chairs and table and a walk in closet, large TV with Apple TV box. Even though we try to accommodate the room with some amenities, this is a room for rent inside the house, this is not for couples nor for more than one person (pls don’t ask) parking available for one vehicle.
I will require:
- First and last month of rent
- Work references or school references
- Previous landlord references and proof of income.
