We have a fully furnished(or not) room for $750/month (all-inclusive) in a great home 12 minutes from Charlottetown. The room is a 10x12 fully furnished bedroom (or not) with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and side table with independent electric heat. Parking, High-speed internet, snow removal, and electricity are all included.

The property boasts 3 buildings with 3 acres only 12 minutes from Charlottetown. The primary residence is a 2700 square foot home with 5 furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, a kitchenette, and a large living room with a 52’ TV with premium sound system and a wood-burning fireplace/heat pump. Also a 1000 sq/ft loft above the the garage with 3 furnished rooms, a 3 pc. Bathroom, simple kitchen set up, with access to a small fitness set up including a Bowflex, rowing machine, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mats, as well as an infrared sauna. Also a 52’ tv and sound system. This is all over a 2 bay garage. The third building is a 1000 sq/ft games room with wood wood-burning fireplace/heat pump, a great 4x8 pool table, darts, a 12-foot bar, drums, keyboard, guitars, bass, and premium sound system w/projector. All this is above a licensed commercial kitchen set-up(licensed for 2024), and a craft sea salt operation. There is a chicken coop with 6 ladies for fresh eggs.
