Our home in Garrison Crossing can accept 2 roommates to rent 2 separate rooms, sharing the place with the owner who will be in the 3rd upper room. Students and professionals are welcomed. This is a 2 storey house. It is placed in well maintained landscaped strata.

The house is well served, very bright with large windows, close to many shopping, banks, parks, walking distance to UFV campus and Education Park. You can enjoy a nearby recreation center as well as the beautiful Chilliwack outdoor: Cheam Mountain, Cultus Lake, golf courses, Bridal falls, Harrison Hot Spring

This is a short term rent from 1st of April to 15 June, 2024. They will be available for rent again from 1st of Sept, 2024 for longer terms on month-to-month basis. There are 2 rooms: 1. Room # 1 for 1125$/month with ½ month damage deposit [Upper level] 2. Room # 2 (bigger) for 1275$/month with ½ month damage deposit [Upper level]

*Not included with the rent: Cleaning/washing supplies. Everyone is responsible of their/the place cleaning. No one will clean after the others.

*Absolutely: No smoking, No drugs, No parties, No pets, No access to the basement.

*Included with the rent: Utilities, High speed Internet.

At the Upper level: Shared bathroom, Electric board heating At the Main level: Powder room, Seating area, Kitchen with utensils, Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Gas fireplace, Forced air, Front Patio, Fenced Back Yard.

Rental, credit and working references/checks may be required.
