The apartment:
Large bedroom available in recently renovated 3-bedroom flat. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, (but could be furnished if desired). Utilities (Internet, Power, and Heat) are approximately $50-75 split evenly.
Includes Dishwasher, New Kitchen, Deck, and Laundry Utilities

The location:
Great location, with a 2-minute walk to Dal campus, 5 minutes to Downtown and 1 minute to Spring Garden Road. Two major bus routes are only a minute walk from the front door.
The roommates:
Two, 3rd year Dal Students, both quiet, responsible, studious and fun females!
You:
Looking for respectful, social, kind, clean female roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything equally). Preferably an upper year student or grad student.
When:
Apartment is available May 1st 2024 for a one-year lease.
