Lindsay is a 24-year-old engineer and master's student at Dalhousie and Hailey is a 26-year-old registered nurse. We would love someone to join us in our north-end home starting April 1st. This spacious 4 bedroom home includes a large unfurnished basement for storage, large living room, large kitchen, sunroom, dining room, and in-suite laundry! Details of your room: ⁃ Size: 10x8 ⁃ Includes large armoire (as seen in pictures) if wanted ⁃ Access to the whole house, including use of spare bedroom Rent and Utilities: Everything included - $1167 per month. The rent is predetermined by the landlord and you will be added to the lease. About the House: We are huge pet lovers, with 1 loving yellow lab and 4 very adorable kitties between the two of us. If you're not fond of pets or have allergies, this might not be the ideal place for you. Hey it’s Linds! I’m a friendly engineering student who enjoys spending time outdoors with my dog and friends, running and basketball, painting, board games, and cooking. I'm tidy, easy-going, and love to host occasional gatherings for board game nights or potlucks with friends, which you're more than welcome to join! Hey it’s Hail! I’m a nurse that’s transferring to the IWK. I love pets, playing board games, going for hikes, going camping in the summer, and seeing family/friends. I’m also very excited for some board game nights at our place!
