Location is amazing in a beautiful neighbourhood: 6 minute walk to Dalhousie, 3 minute walk to the hospital (not that I hope you have to go there), and 5 minute walk to Quinpool (Superstore).
The place itself is beautiful and spacious. There are four bedrooms, but we've kept it to 3 people living here.
The other two roommates are quiet and friendly and stick to their rooms, but are often out at work. The kitchen is rarely used except by me, which is a travesty because it's so nice! Look at the island!
Also, the landlord is extremely accessible and an absolute gem of a human.
The space has 2 bathrooms, but one bathroom is an ensuite to one of the other bedrooms, so you'll just be sharing a bathroom with one person.
Also, the communal living area is never used except for me, and I won't be there, so...yeah, big space!

Parking is optional for $100/month.
The place is perfect for mature students or young professionals.
