Additionally, you will find convenience stores, shops, restaurants and cafes, and parks just a short stroll away. We are a couple in our 40s looking for a professional and busy person. The place is a two level apartment with 3 bedrooms and a washroom but just one bedroom is occupied by us and the other one is for rent between Jan 1 to May 1, price include housekeeping and laundry once a week.
