House in Dartmouth, on a bus route, near a library, Superstore, NSLC, Dollar Store, Tim Hortons. Situated in the quiet neighborhood of Portland Estates. You can walk/run for kms on trails & two lakes within walking distance. Fully furnished with bed, dresser, mini fridge, sheets, comforter. WIFI, Heat, Lights, bath towels. The bathroom is shared with others in the house. Towels and cleaning of the bathrooms are done by me. Access to a washer, dryer and shared kitchen. Parking available on the street. If you require driveway parking it's available for $50 extra a month. If you work from home, remote work, full time student from home it's an extra $40 a month. We live in a safe & secure home & everyone is treated fairly & with respect. If you cannot do the same then you will not be a good fit. You must clean up after yourself in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom. -NO smoking in the house -NO Alcohol consumption or recreational drugs consumed in the house. Not looking for alcoholics / addicts & the issues that come with that. Do whatever you want outside of the home, it's your business.
