SUBLET/RENT WANTED

Hello, my name is Rebecca (aka Becky), I’m 26 and I’m looking for a place to sublet this summer, May 1 -Aug 31 (longer if available, I do have a family home in Pictou to return to, but living in the city is nice) A bit about me and what I’m looking for in terms of rent and roommates For renting: * ️Furnished bedroom (bed and or nightstand, dresser or desk) * A bathroom shared between no more than 3 people. * ‍♀️All females * ⚡️Utilities included (heat, water, electricity, wifi) Preferred not needed •Patio/balcony •Dishwasher •Bathtub If you’re a landlord or somebody subletting their room and you have these things in your apartment read below to see if I sound like a good occupant for your space this summer!

About Me I’m 26, I have a hamster that I can leave at home if not welcomed, and I don’t drink or party. Im currently looking for work, but have other income that covers more than half my budget for rent. I smoke weed but prefer to do it outside because I don’t like the lingering smell on my clothes and I was also raised to not smoke it inside, so I just don’t. You can usually find me outside on my laptop, writing and listening to music, or grabbing coffee or food with my boyfriend. I enjoy chatting with my roommates and will accept offers to hangout, and I will usually bake something for roommates because it’s my way of saying “hi” or “thanks for taking out the trash”. I’ve lived with other roommates in Toronto before when I was 18, as well as last summer with 2 other girls, I have 2 references, my old roommate from Halifax and my landlord from Toronto and enjoyed living with other people around my age.
