Sublet from me until my lease ends August 25! Must be female, preferred if you are a student. Rent includes all utilities, a bed, a desk, and a dresser. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Second floor unit, half a set of stairs to get up to it. There is also an elevator in the building. You would have two roommates, both female in their mid twenties. Both students. There is one cat in the unit but no more pets are allowed. Rent is flexible, I need the lease taken over asap!
