This is the rooms for rent, but we have a big public area inside the building that you can use. Our building is in downtown Woodstock - 114 Queen st, near to New Brunswick Service, Post office, Banks, Tim Horton, Farmer Market, NBCC....with many public parking in outside our building.
We will need one month for the damage deposit + one month for the first month's rent + one month for the last month's rent. Total 03 months before you move in.
The contract is year to year.
