The house is designated a Local Historic Place for its historical, cultural and social value. Constructed in 1885, Graham Opera House was the social and cultural centre of the town. Capitol Building is also recognized for its architecture for being a prominent feature of Woodstock's downtown area. Now, the Capitol Building is offering rental sevices as follows: - 28 rooms for rent. ($500 - $600/month, you will have a room with mattress and furniture inside. The building has large, the kitchens and washrooms in shared area. Heat, power, water, wifi internet to all room are free of charge). - One bed room's apartment with the kitchen and washroom inside. Price: $1500 (including utilities and free wifi ). We will need one month for the damage deposit + one month for the first month's rent + one month for the last month's rent.
