We require payment before get rooms key One pay rent for current month + One for pay ability deposit + One damage deposits = total 3 month before you get contract . Internet WiFi 2.4Mhz, 5gMhz are free but not including in the contract as long we can not provide a guaranty that internet enough fast or work became of storm or problems with provider , most of the time the speed above 100 mbps. Coins laundry , $1+1 = total two dollars each wash or dry machine .

Our bulding located in Woodstock , NB , 100 km away from Fredericton, NB , We have total 28 rooms for rent in the Capitol Building - 114 Queen st, Woodstock. WiFi access This is the rooms for rent, but we have a big public area inside the building that you can use. Our building is in downtown Woodstock - near to New Brunswick Service, Post office, Banks, Tim Horton, Farmer Market, NBCC.... with many public parking in outside our building.

IMPORTANT : We will need 02 months for the deposit + 01 month for the first rent fee. The first contract is 03 months. The indicated prices for rooms are only for the sungle tenant who plans to live in our rental for at least six months, if the tenant who made the reservation refuses to enter the room, we will charge for each day of waiting for the tenant from the moment of reservation of the room, including days or nights spent inside the room for less than a month, $50 day / night .
