The common areas include a kitchen and two washrooms with shower stalls. Each tenant has a fridge that can be locked. There is a laundry facility in the building.
Must have references or be able to provide a name and contact information for current landlord.
Rent is $500 per month payable on the first day of each month. Will prorate for the remainder of April. A damage/cleaning deposit is required prior to moving in.
