Hello! I am a 36-year-old woman, currently completing my master’s in psychotherapy at Saint Paul’s University. I am looking for someone (preferably another woman) to come share my charming, 1940’s, two-storey home in Hull. It has a backyard with a garden, a back deck and BBQ, and is directly across from a park. The home, which I affectionately call my "hobbit house," has hardwood floors throughout, lots of light upstairs, plenty of plants and books, and a full-size piano. The room has a double bed, dressing table and closet. The house is centrally located and 5 minutes from the Alexandra, Portage, and Macdonald Cartier Bridges. Parliament Hill / the Byward Market are less than a ten-minute drive away.
I am looking for someone who would like to co-create a cozy, clean, and respectful home. I like to go to bed early and rise early, so someone working late shifts may not be the best fit. I am quite busy with work and school, but prioritize interpersonal relationships and my friends stop by often. I love to cook and share food.
Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome! I have a 7-year-old border collie / australian shepherd mix who is very calm and lovable. Unfortunately, my partner is allergic to cats.
