We are looking for 2 students to sublet two basement rooms during the summer term from May to August 2024. Specific dates can be decided later.
There are two rooms upstairs that will be occupied. Both occupants are studious undergrad first year biology students and we are looking for someone who fits a similar profile (year doesn’t matter).
The house has one bathroom upstairs. It also has a complete kitchen.
750 per person and utilities will not be included in the price listed.
The location is great and there is a bus stop across the street.

Main floor will be furnished.
Open to individual applicants.
