I am looking for 1 roommate for May 1st though to end of August 2024. Rent is for a room with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. House is 1 block from Wilfrid Laurier University but all close to the University of Waterloo. Rent is $880 plus 1/5 of the utilities per month. Parking may available if required for an additional cost per month.
