Room $900 utilities + parking near Carleton spacious living area

25 minute bus to Carleton university, rent includes parking, snowblowing and utilities. Me and 2 other guys are renting the whole place, and we have one spare room. The kitchen and lounge are quite spacious, you won't get that cramped run down rental feel at all. Plenty of space in the partially finished basement for storage. The rental period starts May 1st, 1 year contract.
