One Bedroom Available in a Two Bedroom Condo in South Vancouver

Room available in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in South Vancouver (Marine Dr) for a FEMALE tenant (late 20s/early 30s), with a move-in date of April 1st.

The building is relatively new (~2/3 years) and offers modern amenities. The unit includes central AC, heating, dishwasher, gas stove, in-suite laundry, microwave, fridge, oven, storage unit, and covered balcony (amazing sunset views!!). Sound proof huge windows ensure abundant natural light.

The room is unfurnished, and while the bathroom will technically be shared, it will likely only be with occasional guests, as I have my own. The bathroom you will be using has a bath tub (unlike the bathroom shown in the photos).

Hydro is ~$20 per month. Internet will also be shared (in the process of setting it up so I don’t know the exact amount). Cleaning supplies will be shared as well (we have quite a bit at the moment).

Very secure building - access to the building and elevator requires a key fob.

This is a non-smoking building, and the owner does not allow pets.

Please note that parking is not available but can be arranged by renting from another resident.

The new tenant will need to be approved by the owner of the condo. A good, qualified tenant needs to meet the basic requirements as follows:

Adequate steady income to pay for the rent and other living expenses on time. Good current credit history and scores. Past and current good references from the applicant’s landlord. **Professional photos in the listing are not of the exact unit but will provide an idea of the apartment’s appearance. I will slowly update the photos as my roommate prepares for moving.

ABOUT ME: I’m a 28-year-old female seeking another female roommate. I am a makeup artist and lash and brow technician, with some part-time digital marketing work from home.
