Myself and my other roommates are looking for a new roommate to live with us! We have a room available to rent and are located in Richmond by Richlea square. It’s an unfurnished room (can be furnished with a bed) $1000 a month for the room, walk in closet, all utilities included!
$500 deposit required
The living room, solarium and kitchen are all shared you will have access to the whole house as well as we have laundry in the house
Transit is easily accessible groceries,shopping and convenience an easy walk or short drive
Our home is 3 stories and includes two shared bathrooms
We smoke inside the house, and are a female ONLY household.
