Additional info to this lease
- there is an initial deposit of $1050. This includes the last month’s rent, the cleaning fee and lawn maintenance fee for the year, as well as the $50 charge for your key that will be refunded to you at the end of the year.
- Move in is May 1st and that is when rent starts.
-Rent is payed on the first of every month. The rent is $730 per month plus $20 every three months for the water bill. Not including if the house decides to get wifi as a group.
- This bedroom is not one of the suite rooms and is located in the basement, you would also be sharing a bathroom with another girl.
- there is parking available in the driveway in from of the house
- the common areas of the home are all on the main floor. There is a living area with a tv, a kitchen, dining area, a bathroom, laundry area, and lastly there is a small backyard.
