All female student housing, 7 bedrooms total. Looking for someone to sublet my basement bedroom from May 1st/2024-April 30th/2025. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, 2 other girls in the basement. One of the other girls is looking to sublet as well, if you have a friend who is also looking! Her room is the one that shows furniture in it, it is her own so she will be taking it. Shared living room, laundry, and half bath on the main floor. 4 parking spaces in the driveway, then parking available on the road, 3 of the other girls do drive. There are 2 very friendly cats upstairs, pets aren't necessarily allowed. Bedroom does come with desk and chair, in the garage there should be a bed frame and box spring if wanted to use, or can use your own furniture. Located in Thorold, 5-10 minutes from Brock University, and The Pen Centre, and about 15-20 minutes from Niagara College. We only pay rent which has utilities included, and we pay the wifi. There is a cleaning company that does come each month as well.
