House is on Faulkner St. St. John's and close to MUN and Avalon Mall (walking distance to the mall). Bus stop is just down the road about a minute walk. House is very nice and comfortable. House is furnished except the bedroom. Bring your own bedroom furniture. Rent includes heat, light, internet, washer and dryer.
